HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

For your first order with us please use our ‘Order & Account Setup form’.

All we need from you are the below information:

  1. Product you would like to purchase

  2. The quantities you would like of each product

  3. Your Delivery address and Billing address

  4. Your Email address and contact Phone Number

  5. Your preferred payment method - Bank transfer, Credit Card or Cash on Delivery (for Sydney only).

Relish48 will confirm the order and email you back an Invoice for payment.
A shipping confirmation including tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday within 1-2 business days after receiving the order and payment.


WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?

Payments can be made via Bank transfer, Cash on Delivery (Sydney only) or Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A transaction fee of 1.8 % will apply to all credit card payments.


HOW DO I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD?

Please download our ‘Credit Card Authorisation’ form. Once completed, email back to us and we will process payment. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 807 391 to pay direct with credit card over the phone.


HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We are committed to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. Orders are delivered via Relish48 or one of our 10 available courier service partners. Request a free ‘Shipping Costs Calculation’ based on your delivery location.


DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

We do offer free delivery to selected suburbs within and around Sydney. Minimum order numbers apply. Call us on 1300 807 391 to discuss your delivery or submit a free ‘Shipping Costs Calculation’.


CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Beverly Hills (NSW, Australia). Our warehouse is located on King Georges Road close to the M5, Beverly Hills, NSW. All Pick-ups are by appointment only.


WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our Office Hours are Weekdays 9:00am - 5:00pm


WAHT IS THE PACKAGING SIZE?

All our products come in large 4 Kilogram (Net) containers/bottles. 


WAHT IS THE PACKAGING MATERIAL?

Most of our products come in plastic containers/bottles (HDPE or PETE). Some products come in Glass Jars. All our packaging material is Recyclable.
