GENERAL

Within this document of terms and conditions any context where ‘Relish48’ is mentioned refers to ‘Relish48’. Relish48 operates under the holder name Yummy Dogs Pty Ltd.

Within this document of terms and conditions any context where ‘Customer’ or ‘Customers’ is mentioned refers to the customer or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the Customer as described on any quotation, order, delivery or other form as provided by Relish48 to the Customer. Any order is provisional until Relish48 has received payment, which in turn indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 

1.0 PAYMENTS: Relish48 accept Electronic funds transfer (EFT), Cash on Delivery (Sydney only) and Credit Card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A transaction fee of 1.8 % will apply to all credit card payments. All card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway using the latest SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

1.2 DELIVERIES: Delivery will be made to the Customer at the address provided to Relish48. Orders will be delivered during normal business hours. The delivery of goods will be accepted by the Customer or its duty authorised representative. Relish48 endeavours to meet all estimated delivery dates. However, Relish48 cannot be held responsible for late deliveries when circumstances are beyond our control. Orders are delivered via Relish48 or one of our courier service partners. Relish48 is shipping orders within 1-2 business days of confirming an order. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Relish48 will not be responsible. 

All orders not delivered direct by Relish48 will be booked as ATL (Authority To Leave) service and do not include any Transport Insurance. Transport Insurance is available on request. An additonal charge for any Insurance will apply. The Customer need to contact Relish48 if Transport Insurance is required prior of placing any order.

1.4 DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery times are calculated from the day an order has been dispatched. Domestic orders for Australia should arrive to you within 1-3 working days for NSW, VIC, QLD and 3-5 working days for other states. Delivery times for international orders can take anywhere between 2-10 business days.

1.5 WAREHOUSE PICKUP: Orders can be picked up from the Relish48 warehouse at Beverly Hills (NSW Australia). The warehouse is located on King Georges Road close to the M5. All Pickups are by Appointment Only. Please contact us on 1300 881 576 to arrange a pick up time.

1.6 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Relish48 does deliver internationally. However, Relish48 cannot be responsible for local import regulations; these are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 

1.7 DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS: Any claims against any courier service partner may need to be placed direct by the Customer.  Goods and boxes leave the Relish48 warehouse well wrapped and in excellent condition. Relish48 does not send damaged goods. Relish48 takes no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods once the parcel has been handed over to any of our courier service partners unless covered by a Transport Insurance.

The Customer has to check the goods for damage on arrival. The Customer will need to show the courier service partner proof of damage for any claim. This includes along with photographs of the damaged item, the damaged item itself, the box and packaging. 

Relish48 will not refund or replace any item that was delivered via ATL (Authority To Leave) service and has been left on the recipients or Customers property.

1.8 RISK IN PRODUCT: Products purchased by the Customer will be at the Customers risk upon delivery to the Customer or such place as specified by the Customer or into the Customers custody (whichever occurs first).

1.9 FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: Relish48 makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies if the Customer has requested it. However, Relish48 will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while consuming Relish48 products. Customers are encouraged to contact Relish48 for additional information and/or support.

2.0 RETURN: Relish48 is committed to customer satisfaction. The Customer should contact Relish48 within 24 hours to discuss a problem. Relish48 does not give refunds if the Customer simply changes his mind or makes a wrong decision when ordering any of Relish48 products. All sales are final. Relish48 will only exchange, refund or credit an item if it does not meet the advertised requirements or if there is an unforeseeable problem with the product. All Return shipping costs will be at the Customers expense.

Use of this Site or the purchase of products or services from this Site does not grant you ownership of any content, data or materials. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any manner whatsoever, except for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes, without the prior written consent of Relish48.

Relish48 is a registered Trade Mark (No. 1545300).

Relish48 owns, or has a valid right from a third party to use, all copyrights for all material on the Site and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and domain names used on or in connection with the Site. Any use of such materials from the Site for any purpose not explicitly permitted in writing by Relish48 is strictly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms.

DISCLAIMER

From time to time there may be information on the Relish48 Website that contains typographical or visual errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Relish48 reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice including after a Customer has submitted an order.

THIRD PARTY WEB SITES

Relish48 is not responsible for third party websites that link to or from the Site. Relish48 disclaims all responsibility for any viruses or malicious code that may appear on any third party websites, and for the accuracy of any of the information provided on such linked sites and any goods or services provided or purchased from such site. Any reliance on the contents of a third party web site is done at the Customers or Site users own risk and the Customer or Site user assume all responsibilities and consequences resulting from such reliance.

PRIVACY POLICY

Relish48 is dedicated to keeping Customer details private. Any information, Relish48 collect in relation to our Customers, is kept strictly secured. In the course of your use of the Relish48 Website, the Customer may be asked to provide certain personal information to Relish48. The Customer acknowledge and agrees that the Customer is responsible for the accuracy and content of such Information, and agrees to keep it up to date.

Relish48 will never use any personal or company information collected on this website or from other forms provided for any reason except to process orders, invoices or enquiries. Relish48 may provide the Customer with a newsletter, which the Customer can unsubscribe from at any time. Relish48 will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transmit any Customer information without the Customers permission.
